Service terms

Start My Florida LLC is an independent private filing-help service, not Sunbiz, a government agency, law firm or tax adviser. The seller is HBH 28 LLC, operating Start My Florida LLC.

Formation scope

Confirmed formation price: $199 total, $125 government fees and $74 service. Filing-detail review, a customer-reviewed filing preview, state submission assistance and EIN self-application guidance after state approval. IRS EIN issuance has no government fee. Registered agent subscriptions, custom legal documents, tax advice, licenses and later reports are excluded.

Payment and preparation

Payment is processed by Square on its hosted checkout. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes never enter this site. Payment authorizes filing preparation, not state submission. Read and accept the cancellation policy before paying. Once paid, your order is non-refundable except duplicate charges, our own errors or rights required by law.

Your approval comes before filing

An order or payment receipt is not a state filing or state approval. You must review the exact filing preview and authorize its submission. All signatures and registered agent acceptance require actual authority. State processing time and approval are not guaranteed. You enter sensitive identifiers only on the official IRS application; online eligibility and foreign-owner cases need review.

Annual reports and renewals

Annual report ordering is not available. No automatic renewal or recurring charge. Late filings, amendments, name changes and reinstatement require a separate quote.

Cancellation and privacy

Cancellation/refund rules apply; the privacy notice also applies. These terms do not override statutory rights.
