Information and seller

HBH 28 LLC operates Start My Florida LLC. We collect contact details, business names, business activity, filing addresses, registered agent details and people listed for filing review. Filing addresses and names can become public in the state record.

Private processing

Cloudflare hosts the website and private database. Contact/filing data and documents are encrypted, with owner-only case access and private customer access. Resend sends customer emails and support receives a copy. Keep private case links private. Square collects payment card details on its hosted checkout. We receive limited payment references and status, not card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. No advertising analytics are installed.

No sensitive identifiers

Do not submit SSNs, ITINs, passwords, card details or identity documents. Enter EIN tax identifiers only on the official IRS application, never here or in support email.

Retention

Case data and filing documents are retained for seven years from completion. Cancelled or refunded orders are retained for seven years from the respective date. The selected unpaid abandoned-request period is 90 days from last customer activity. Requests that reach the payment stage are currently excluded from automatic unpaid cleanup and retained until payment-safe cleanup is established. Active payment links and unsettled payments must be resolved first.

Automatic deletion remains off until full cleanup and monitoring tests pass. Support-email and export copies need a matching cleanup process before we promise company-wide deletion. When enabled, deletion runs on a successful daily cleanup, normally within 24 hours after the period ends. Recovery backups may retain deleted data for up to seven additional days on the current plan; expired records must be removed after a restore before access reopens.

A documented legal obligation or owner-authorized hold may delay deletion. Square and public state records follow their own rules. Customer downloads are outside our control.
