What is the annual report fee?
The LLC annual report state fee is $138.75 when filed on time. After May 1, a $400 late fee applies.
Can I be my own registered agent?
An eligible individual associated with a business may serve as its registered agent, subject to the Florida address, office coverage and acceptance requirements. The business entity cannot serve as its own agent.
