What Florida requires
A registered agent accepts service of process and official documents. The registered office must be a physical Florida street address, not a PO box.
Real office coverage
Florida statute 48.091 requires coverage at the designated office from at least 10 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays, excluding legal holidays, with an individual available for service.
