Cancellation and refunds

Payment authorizes us to begin filing preparation. Once paid, your order is non-refundable except duplicate charges, our own errors, or rights required by law. Payment does not mean a filing has been sent to or accepted by the state. We submit only after you review and approve the exact filing. State fees can't be refunded after submission.

If a listed name turns out unavailable after payment, you may switch to another of your three submitted choices without an extra service fee, subject to the same availability review. This is not a state-fee waiver or a guarantee of name approval.

Cancellation requests do not automatically stop an already submitted state filing. No automatic annual renewal or recurring charge is part of this proposed service.

This policy does not remove rights required by law. Contact support about duplicate charges or our own errors.
